Who we are
This website is run by HorizonFX. We decide how the personal data described here is used. To contact us about your data, use our contact page.
What we collect on this website
- Visits and button taps. A script from our measurement partner (api.trackftdmeta.com) records your visit, the button you tap and the advertising details in the link you followed, such as Meta's click identifier. It may store an identifier in your browser to do this.
- Click logs. Our own server records which button you tapped, with your IP address and browser type.
- How the page is used. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this page (taps, scrolling, page speed) through heatmaps and session replays, so we can improve it. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. For visitors in the UK and EU it does not use cookies unless you have agreed to them.
- Hosting. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your connection to deliver the page securely.
We do not ask for your name, email address or financial details on this website.
When you continue on Telegram
If you join our Telegram group, our team sees your Telegram profile and the messages you send. Telegram's own privacy policy applies to its app.
If you open an account with our partner broker
The broker collects your details under its own privacy policy. It tells us and our measurement partner when an account we introduced makes a deposit or trades, so that we receive our commission and can measure which adverts work. We may report to Meta that a deposit followed your tap on one of our adverts.
Why we use this data
- to run this website and keep it secure;
- to measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta;
- to answer you and provide our service;
- to meet our legal obligations.
We rely on our legitimate interests to run the site and measure our adverts, and on your consent where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
Our measurement partner, Meta, Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare, Telegram and our partner broker, only for the purposes above. Some of them process data outside the UK; when they do, they use the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for these purposes. We then delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We post any change to this policy on this page, with a new date.
